We offer exclusive accommodation  with easy access to Goodwood, Fontwell, Arundel, Chichester and Bognor Regis.

The accommodation is for a maximum  of two persons.

Further accommodation is available within adjoining property upon request.

The property is a purpose built single story, set within one acre of gardens. We have our pet alpacas which offer hours of watching pleasure.

Privacy is an important part of our concept. Within your accommodation you have your own private heated indoor swimming pool, a kitchen , a large bedroom and wet room. All air-conditioned for your comfort. Wi-fi internet access  for those that have a need to contact the outside world whilst relaxing. I suppose its like staying in a five star hotel without the restrictions.

Many people visit this area of outstanding beauty just to escape the  busy scene of London so we have  tried to think of everything to keep all our guests contented.

Parking is secure by way of electric gated access on a gravel drive.
